Fajah Lourens

Fajah Lourens (1981), was born and raised in the big city of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Her parents divorced when she was one month old. At the age of sixteen she went to live on her own. She loved horses and started horseback riding on the age of eight. When she was twelve years old, she knew that she would become an actress, so she started attending the kids acting school. At eighteen she was married. In that year she was pregnant too. When she was nineteen years old, she delivered a beautiful baby girl named "Irem".

Six months later she registered her daughter with a casting agency. But when the agency saw Fajah, they asked her for a test. Fajah attended a general audition for the casting director of the most famous show on the Dutch television, the day time series "Good Times, Bad Times". In Dutch "Goeden Tijden Slechten Tijden" She was immediately told that they would write a part especially for her in the show. A star was born. When the part of "Yasmine Fuentes" (Fajah's role as a Spanish girl) was written for "Good Times, Bad Times", For Fajah the Good Times began as an extraordinary successful three-year run as the most favourite Dutch star/celebrity. Yasmine was a rebellious, sexy and also a very sensitive character. Besides that she was a business woman, model and naturally also very popular with the men in the series.
